You are not chunky because you are addicted to food and / or sugar and / or wheat.

You’re not chunky because it’s just the way you are, or it’s the way your whole family are.

You’re not chunky because of a troubled upbringing and eating is a defence mechanism or comfort.

You’re not chunky because you hate exercise.

You’re not chunky because you don’t understand about nutrition.

You’re not chunky because you haven’t got time to do anything about it nor because you haven’t the time to cook healthy food.

You’re chunky because you don’t realise that…

The feeling of wanting to eat all the time is coming from INSIDE you. It’s thought. It’s not something that is apart from you.

The thought “I want to eat” creates the feeling of “I want to eat” inside of you.

But thought is harmless and can’t make you peel off a wrapper.

Meaning out of the two of you – you and thought – you are the one with the authority.

Meaning you aren’t obligated to take any thought or associated feeling seriously.

Experiencing a strong urge, knowing it can’t make you act on it, strips it of its power.

And an urge without power is not a problem.
