Don’t eat it.

Make your pasta sauce and serve it only a bed of cabbage fried in soy sauce.  It’s tastier, it’s healthier, it doesn’t leave you with a noticeably bigger gut than you had at the start of the meal, it actually brings up the drawbridge so you can’t overeat even if you tried, plus you won’t get bad skin or a wheat hangover where you wake up feeling painfully hungry but only with an appetite for more wheat. 

Sprinkle liberally with parmesan, or cheddar if you’re a pleb like me, and dig in with abandon.
